What to Buy1. Bean noodles - 150 grams, thinner and more transparent is better
2. Turkey thigh - 400 grams (ground beef also works)
3. Kohlrabi - 1 medium
4. Carrots - 3 medium
5. Onion - 1 large or 2 medium
6. Salt - 2 teaspoons
7. Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
8. Adjika - 1 tablespoon
9. Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
10. Garlic - 4 cloves
11. 25% vinegar - 1 tablespoon
12. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
13. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
14. Hot pepper - 1 pod

How to Make It1. Cut or grate the carrots, onion, and kohlrabi into thin strips
2. Boil water in a kettle, pour it over the noodles, salt them, let sit for 3-5 minutes, stirring. Drain through a colander. You can cut them shorter with a knife if you like.
3. Heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, fry the onion for about three minutes until golden, add add 5-7 cloves of grated garlic and the finely chopped hot pepper, and fry, stirring well, for another minute
4. Fry the meat over high heat, add soy sauce, pepper, salt; after about 5 minutes add the carrots, then the fried onion with garlic and pepper; after another 7-10 minutes add the kohlrabi. Salt with 2 teaspoons, add the tomato paste, adjika, lower the heat and simmer for another 5-7 minutes
5. Transfer the stewed vegetables and meat into a pot and gently mix everything with two spoons, or even better with forks. If you like, add 1-2 tablespoons of 25% vinegar
6. Let it sit for a couple of hours, gently stirring occasionally

Enjoy your meal! Can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time (a week)
