Main
Schnitzels
What to Buy1. Chicken Breast - 1 fresh, about 500 grams
2. Breadcrumbs - 100 grams needed, no more
3. Egg - 1 piece
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Black Ground Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
6. Vegetable oil for frying - 250 grams, Canola or Sunflower, which doesn't give off a smell when frying

How to Make It1. Wash the breast, dry it with a paper towel and slice it lengthwise, to a thickness of 0.5 centimeters
2. Beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of water, add salt and pepper to the egg and water and mix well
3. Dip the raw schnitzel well in the egg, coating it fully on all sides
4. Spread the breadcrumbs evenly on a large plate and place the egg-dipped schnitzel on the crumbs, carefully flip it over and coat it well on all sides
5. If you end up with a lot of schnitzels, you can put the breaded ones in a plastic bag and freeze them!!!
6. Set a pan large enough to fit the schnitzels on the stove and heat it to setting 6 or 7
7. Pour in the frying oil and wait for it to heat up, about two minutes; test with a toothpick - if bubbles form around it, the oil is hot
8. Put the schnitzels in the oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes per side, the crust should turn golden brown but not burn!!!
9. Once ready, carefully lift them out with a fork and place on paper towels to blot the oil
