What to Buy1. 1 sausage (frankfurter or similar)
2. 1 potato (or a few new potatoes, matching the sausage in size overall), sausage and potato roughly one to one
3. A small pickled cucumber
4. A sprig of green onion
5. A teaspoon of salt
6. 1/2 teaspoon of black ground pepper
How to Make It1. Boil the potato - just drop it in a pot for about 30 minutes, you don't even need to peel it first, you can peel it after. There's another way too: boil for 15 minutes, then cut into cubes and into the oven at 180 degrees for another 20 minutes, that way it'll have a crust - both ways are tasty
2. Boil the sausage. Then cool it right away in cold water, it peels easier that way; remove the casing if it has one
3. After that, cut the potato (if it wasn't in the oven) and the sausage into cubes, about 1 cm each
4. Chop the pickled cucumber, about twice as fine, and chop the green onion
5. Put everything in a bowl, add a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper and two spoons of mayonnaise. Mix well
6. Ready - it's even better cold, but it's good warm too :)
